WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

The Mindfulness Ambassador Program (The MAP) is evidence-based and combines two pillars for well-being: social and emotional learning (SEL) and secular mindfulness. Central to the program objectives are the acquisition of important soft skills that deepen self-inquiry, train attention, help identify & regulate emotions, manage stress and build healthy interactions. Led by MWB’s seasoned facilitators, participants explore the best of learnings from neuroscience and contemplative practices in an engaging, experiential and interactive online environment. The program is facilitated using the council process, which encourages learners to express themselves freely and openly and brings forth group wisdom. Ultimately, the MAP creates a safe learning space to hear all the voices in the room which unites the group because of its diversity and creates a sense of belonging.
