WE TEACH SECULAR MINDFULNESS
Mindfulness is a practice that involves focusing your awareness on the present moment, while acknowledging and accepting without judgment your feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations. It allows you to see your experience just as it is and deal with difficult emotions and body sensations. With this awareness, you can gain a more compassionate understanding of the world. With over two decades of mounting scientific research, demonstrating benefits – from fortifying the immune system to reducing stress and anxiety, and improving overall wellbeing – the integration of these practices can bring positive individual and societal change.
WE TEACH SOCIAL AND EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE
Social and emotional intelligence refers to core competencies that inspire people to lead with more awareness, understanding and compassion. Putting this knowledge into practice helps individuals better understand and manage emotions, set and achieve goals, feel and show empathy, develop and maintain healthy relationships, as well as make ethical decisions. Combined with a daily mindfulness practice, the mastery of these skills lead to greater social and emotional health – benefiting both personal and professional effectiveness.
