From our early beginnings, Mindfulness Without Borders has engaged leading thought-leaders, researchers and advocates who are passionate about mental health and wellbeing. These individuals and their respective work has added depth and texture to the direction and content of our work.
A Ph.D., clinician and RN, Susan is also a mindfulness teacher, researcher and meditation practitioner. Her life work integrates contemplative wisdom and practices to foster well-being.
