Nanny Angel Network
With the incredible dedication from angel volunteers, Nanny Angel Network provides free professional relief and childcare for GTA and surrounding area mothers with cancer. Through Mindfulness Without Borders’ educational programs, volunteers have received mindfulness-based workshops to help strengthen their social and motional health and learned strategies to manage daily stress. York Regional Police
In 2014, York Regional Police began developing a mindfulness-based resiliency program for its members. They were looking for an organization who would partner with them in developing their curricula, and Mindfulness Without Borders (MWB) fit the bill. Over the past six years, MWB has provided mindfulness-based programs to YRPD members as well as facilitator certification for instructors to integrate these programs within their department.
