Finding time for self-care is never easy. Don’t wait until you are stretched too thin and your health is compromised. Your health should be your #1 priority. Join us online for 3 interactive webinars and let our skilled facilitators guide you through meditation practices and conversations that focus on your overall wellness. In just 45 minutes, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the foundations of mindfulness, learn more about your body’s wisdom and experience firsthand the benefits of mindfulness meditation. You’ll also discover how to use these important tools to help mitigate the stresses of daily life.

After this course, I feel like I am better able to access a sense of inner tranquility and peace. This course has reminded me to slow down, be fully present with my whole being, and be conscientious with where I direct my attention. I don't often make an effort to listen to my body's signals, but through mindfulness I am slowly learning the value in doing so.
The program was thoughtful, clear, and had a modular approach to sharing the gifts of mindfulness and SEL. I appreciate the way MWB encourages engaged learning through invitations for both reflective and active participation using a diverse range of facilitation techniques and short actionable mindfulness practices.
