Join us online for 3 interactive webinars and let our skilled facilitators guide you through meditation practices and conversations that focus on your overall wellness. In just 45 minutes, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the foundations of mindfulness, learn more about your body’s wisdom and experience firsthand the benefits of mindfulness meditation. You’ll also discover how to use these important tools to help mitigate the stresses of daily life.
