In an effort to support your practice and self-care, join us for a day-long retreat! Book some time for yourself, re-engage with our mindfulness-based social and emotional practices and connect to the MWB's growing family of MAP Facilitators from around the GTA.Morning refreshments will be available. Please make your own arrangements for lunch, we will break for one hour.
- Explore present moment tools to better your ability to regulate difficult emotions during stressful situations.
- Opportunities to connect with peers and have conversations about your life experience in the context of emotional intelligence theories.
- Deepen your mindfulness practice.
