COURSE INFORMATION
Join us for a 3-hour retreat and equip yourself with new practices and self care tools to strengthen your daily mindfulness regimen. This retreat will provide a respite from the pace of daily life and offer a shared learning environment with the growing number of Mindfulness Ambassador Program Certified Facilitators, world wide.
