WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM THIS COURSE?

This 1.5-hour workshop is designed for Mindfulness Ambassador Program (MAP) and Mindful@Work certified facilitators who are interested in learning a repertoire of online facilitation techniques to help make online learning an enjoyable and successful experience for all. Due to COVID-19 and the recent transition from in-person to online learning, our printed materials have been converted to a digital presentation that includes a set of PDF presentations for each session and Take Away Practices. This workshop will review a number of new strategies and techniques that our team has discovered since the onset of facilitating our programs exclusively online as well as provide the opportunity for participants to share and learn from other facilitators from around the world.
